HOX WORLD LLC’s Customer Product Refund Policy
HOX WORLD LLC stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.
The return policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition and does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. Marketable condition would mean products and/or services, unopened, unused and marketable, not expired, and which are not seasonal, discontinued or special promotion products and/or services. It is incumbent upon HOX Direct Seller/Preferred Customer to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.
HOX WORLD LLC also offers to its Distributor a 30 day Cooling Off period defined as the duration of time from the date when the Distributor entered into Agreement with HOX WORLD LLC-within which such Distributor may repudiate the Agreement without being subject to any penalty – and seek a refund for any products or services purchased within such period upon return of such products in a Currently Marketable condition.
1. Return Procedure
Every Distributor must comply with the following procedures when returning Products for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
1.1 Contact Customer Service by submitting a return request through the HOX WORLD LLC’s Office or calling Customer Service at +1 (917) 348 8388 to obtain a Return Permission prior to returning the Product.
1.2 Pack and ship the Products to HOX WORLD LLC’s Office. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing material are to be used and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. Any package received without the Return Permission may be refused.
1.3 Guarantee. HOX WORLD LLC requires its Distributors to offer a thirty (30), one hundred percent (100%) unconditional money back guarantee on the sale of Products to their Customers.
1.4 Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
1.5 If products are returned by customers directly to HOX WORLD LLC, Points shall be done from the Distributor’s account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from Distributor.
2. Procedures of Refund
2.1 HOX WORLD LLC will not pay the cost of shipping replacement Product(s) to the Distributor.
2.2 Shipping Costs. The Distributor on whose account the sale was made must pay the shipping costs for returning the Product.
2.3 The Product must be received by HOX WORLD LLC within ten (10) business days from the date return permission is issued.
2.4 The shipping and handling charges incurred by the Distributor when the Products were purchased will be deducted.
2.5 Non-Compliance. If the returned Products do not meet the conditions for return, such merchandise will be held for up to thirty (30) days, during which time the Distributor should comply with the return procedures in order to receive the refund. If after the thirty (30) days the conditions have not been met or a return has not been requested, HOX WORLD LLC may destroy such inventory without further compensation to that Distributor.
2.6 Refunds. Refund to Same Source. Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received. This means that if a credit card was used to place the order, the reimbursement will be issued back to that same card. If the payment was made by check, the refund will be issued in the form of a check.
2.7 Right to Withhold. HOX WORLD LLC may also withhold from future commission payments to the upline any Commissions paid on the returned Products.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ON THE PRODUCT LABELING, HOX WORLD LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WORKMANSHIP, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY ARISING BY LAW, STATUTE, USAGE OF TRADE OR COURSE OF DEALING CONCERNING ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED FROM OR THROUGH HOX WORLD LLC. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OF HOX WORLD LLC ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” HOX WORLD LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE SYSTEMS OR THAT ON-LINE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. HOX WORLD LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY WEBSITE OPERATED, SPONSORED OR HOSTED BY HOX WORLD LLC OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE FROM ERROR. HOX WORLD LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERRUPTED, INACCESSIBLE OR UNAVAILABLE NETWORKS, SERVER, SATELLITES AND/OR SERVICE PROVIDERS; OR FOR MISCOMMUNICATIONS, FAILED, JUMBLED, SCRAMBLED, DELAYED OR MISDIRECTED COMPUTER, TELEPHONE OR CABLE TRANSMISSIONS; OR FOR ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES OR DIFFICULTIES.

HOX WORLD LLC保证您对产品质量的满意度。如果出于任何原因，您对产品不完全满意，则可以根据《退货政策》条款，在购买后的30天内将其退还并获得退款。

2.3 HOX WORLD LLC必须在发出退货许可之日起十（10）个工作日内收到产品。
2.5不合规。如果退回的产品不符合退货条件，则此类商品将被保留长达三十（30）天，在此期间，分销商应遵守退货程序以获取退款。如果在三十（30）天后仍未满足退货条件或未要求退货，HOX WORLD LLC可能会销毁此类库存，而无需对该分销商进一步赔偿。
2.7保留权。 HOX WORLD LLC还可能从以后的佣金付款中扣除对退回产品支付的任何佣金。
除产品标签上明确规定外，HOX WORLD LLC对适销性，特定用途的适用性，做工，无侵权或依法，按美国法律作出的任何其他担保，不作任何明示或暗示的担保或陈述。从HOX WORLD LLC购买或通过HOX WORLD LLC购买的任何产品或服务的交易过程。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，HOX WORLD LLC的所有产品和服务均按“原样”，“所有故障”和“可用”提供。 HOX WORLD LLC不保证其产品或服务与任何硬件或软件系统兼容，也不保证在线服务不受干扰或没有错误。 HOX WORLD LLC并不保证HOX WORLD LLC运营，赞助或托管的任何网站或其任何附属机构都不会受到干扰或没有错误。 HOX WORLD LLC对中断，无法访问或不可用的网络，服务器，卫星和/或服务提供商不负责任；或用于计算机，电话，电缆或电话传输失败，混杂，混乱，延迟或错误的通讯；或任何技术故障，故障或困难。
